Three magnificent Victorian mansions create the Falstaff Hotel in Royal Leamington Spa. Close to Leamington town centre, Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon are within easy travelling distance.
Originally designed and constructed in the 19th century, the original grace and character have been carefully preserved throughout the hotel, and are perfectly complemented by a traditional and friendly service by staff.

The elegant reception lounge is perfect for taking morning coffee or afternoon tea and watching the world go by. Contrasting sharply, the stylish Pistol Bar is ideal for enjoying drinks before dinner with friends and family. Gleaming silver and sparkling glass has continued a long-standing tradition in the hotel restaurant and is indicative of the high standard of cuisine and service. An imaginative blend of traditional English, with a touch of continental flair, forms the basis of a diverse menu. Using a variety of local produce, your meal, complemented by fine wines from our cellar, is carefully prepared by the Chef and presented by attentive staff, a standard of cuisine and service justly proud of earning local acclaim.
The Falstaff Hotel has earned wide recognition in the provision of successful events for both the private and business community. The Falstaff is the perfect venue for luncheon parties, receptions, dinner/dances and intimate dining. For business, there are dedicated conference and syndicate rooms, accommodating both small management meetings, training seminars and presentations for up to 100 delegates. Audio-visual equipment, conference aids and any other requirements are, of course, available.

The Falstaff Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Royal Leamington Spa and is a perfect base for both visitors touring the area and business executives. Easily accessible from the m40, m42 and m5, the hotel is also close to main rail and coach terminals.
From the m40 Northbound: Leave the m40 at Junction 13 (Leamington/Warwick). Turn right passing over the motorway and follow the signs for a452 Leamington. Continue to first roundabout. Take third exit towards Leamington a452 and follow directions below.
From the m40 Southbound: Leave the m40 at Junction 14 (Leamington). Follow the signs for a452 Leamington. Proceed until large roundabout and take second exit towards Leamington a452. Both directions follow from here: At the next roundabout, take the second exit to Leamington. You will pass a BMW Garage on your right. Continue to the next roundabout and take the first exit. Proceed over the next roundabout, passing a Ford factory on your right. Turn left into Princes Drive. Follow the road to the end, turning right into Warwick New Road. Proceed for approximately 200 yards bearing left when the road forks. The hotel is immediately on your right.
